Mike (Michael Lawton) is the Owner and General Manager of Regatta Sailing Academy.

Mike is a Race Officer and a Yacht and Dinghy coach.

Simon Grover is the resident Yachtmaster Instructor and has been with the academy since early 2015. Simon has years of experience as a Yachtmaster Instructor and has been yachting for years.
