Regatta Sailing Academy

Regatta Sailing Academy was proud to host 30 of the Beavers of Qatar for a try sailing session to work towards their sailing badge.

There lucky young beavers had a full briefing, learnt how to use the boats and how to correctly select and fit their buoyancy aids before getting to go out on the water.

Under the watchful guidance of the Academies instructors these young sailors managed to sail a sausage course across the wind in their teams before venturing slightly further offshore on a short trip before landing back at the Regatta Sailing Academy base in Katara.
